EXCHANGES AND RETURNS – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
All Teckelklub merchandise is unconditionally guaranteed for any manufacturing defects for a period of thirty days from the day of receipt.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason during this time period, please let us know and we will be happy to handle any issue arising.
ALL HANGTAGS MUST BE ATTACHED TO THE ITEMS BEING RETURNED TO PROCESS AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND.
ITEMS MUST BE IN AN AS NEW, RESELLABLE CONDITION OR THE REFUND AMOUNT WILL BE SUBJECT TO CLEANING AND RESTOCKING FEES, BASED ON THE EXTENT OF THE WORK REQUIRED, AND WILL BE DETERMINED BY TECKELKLUB.
Please include your contact information – order number, phone number and email address with the return.
Return shipping due to the wrong size ordered is the customer’s responsibility and will not be reimbursed, unless the error was made by Teckelklub.
The refund will be processed once the item has been received by Teckelklub.
Exchanges resulting from an incorrect size ordered will be subject to extra shipping charges.
Please call us if you need help to ensure the correct size, style and color will be shipped to you.
